SHIPPING POLICY

All Green Drop Health orders ship fast and free! We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service, which includes shipping your items accurately and on time. Please review our shipping policy below for additional information:

SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES

We strive to process all orders within one business day, Monday through Friday. If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday, your order will most likely ship on Monday.

During the holidays or large promotional events, you may experience an occasional order that takes two business days to process.

We stick to USPS exclusively for our shipping carrier. 
We do ship to P.O. Boxes.

Delivery times on our USPS First Class Mail is estimated to take 3-5 business days.

While our products only contain 0.03% THC which is the permitted amount of this cannabinoid to be federally legal, it’s important to note that:

  • THCA products cannot be shipped to the following states, per state guidelines:
    • Arkansas
    • Idaho
    • Minnesota
    • Oregon
    • Rhode Island
  • Delta 8 products cannot be shipped to the following states, per state guidelines: AR, CA, CO, CT,DE, GA, HI, ID, IN,IA, KS, MA, MS,MT, NV, NH, NY,ND, OR, RI, SC,UT, VA, VT,WA, WV.
  • We adhere to both federal and state laws regarding the sale and distribution of THC-related products. This list is subject to change based on legal updates, and we recommend customers regularly check their state laws regarding THC products before placing an order.
  • Important Note: If you attempt to place an order for THC products to a restricted state, those items will automatically be removed from your order, and you will be notified by email. In such cases, non-THC products will be shipped as usual.
  • Responsibility Disclaimer: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the products they purchase comply with their local, state, and federal laws. Green Drop Health is not responsible for any legal ramifications resulting from the purchase of products to restricted areas.

 

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order ships that contains the tracking information for your items. You will also receive a confirmation email when your items have been delivered.

DAMAGED & MISSING ITEMS

If you receive items that are damaged during shipment, or if you receive items that are not what you ordered, please let us know within one week of delivery and we will make it right. After 7 days have passed from the delivery date, we cannot be responsible for damaged or missing items.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

At this time, we can only ship to the United States. We do not ship to Canada, Mexico, Europe, Australia, Africa or Asia.
